Oh one without violence! Oh one having complete control over the senses! Oh one who is kind to all living beings! Oh one without ego! Oh one who is omniscient! Oh one who always acts as per the knowledge! Oh one has realised reality as is! I remember such a benevolent personality who is adorable, all powerful, who is effulgent like the Sun. Please inspire my intellect! The senses perceptions arising from five elements are only the form of that material Brahman that belongs to lower three worlds.
The seven worlds of Vedic literature are often mentioned in Hindu cosmology and refer to the various planes or realms of existence. These worlds are typically described in the Puranas and other Hindu scriptures. The seven worlds are:
-
Bhuloka (भूलोक): This is the lower realm, also known as Martyaloka.
-
Bhuvarloka (भुवर्लोक): This is the middle realm, often associated with the humans.
-
Svarloka (स्वर्लोक): Also known as Svargaloka, this is the higher celestial realm where the Devas reside. It is considered a paradise of sorts in Hindu mythology.
-
Maharloka (महर्लोक): This is a higher realm where sages and celestial beings dwell. It is often depicted as a place of great knowledge and spiritual attainment.
-
Janaloka (जनलोक): This realm is inhabited by saints, sages, and spiritually evolved beings. It is a higher plane of existence where individuals continue their spiritual journey.
-
Tapaloka (तपलोक): Also known as Tapoloka, this is a realm of intense meditation and penance. It is inhabited by ascetics and individuals engaged in deep spiritual practices.
-
Satyaloka (सत्यलोक): This is the highest of the seven worlds, often equated with the abode of Lord Brahman. It is a realm of ultimate truth and enlightenment.
