Vaisesika Sūtra 1.2.6

अन्यत्रान्त्योभ्यो विशेषेभ्यः ॥६॥

anyatrāntyōbhyō viśēṣēbhyaḥ ॥6॥

[अन्यत्र अन्त्योभ्यो विशेषेभ्यः॥
anyatra = exists elsewhere; antyōbhyō = in the ends; viśēṣēbhyaḥ = particularity / speciality॥]

The specialities exist elsewhere, in the ends.
