Vaisesika Sūtra 2.1.4

स्पर्शवान् वायुः ॥४॥

sparśavān vāyuḥ ॥4॥

[sparśavān = possessing the sense of touch; vāyuḥ = is the air;]

Possessing the sense of touch is the Air.
