Vaisesika Sūtra 2.1.29

तत्त्वं भावेन ॥२९॥

tattvaṁ bhāvena ॥29॥

[tattvaṁ = the reality of principle; bhāvena = is because of being (coming into existence).]

The reality of principle is because of the being (coming into existence).
