Vaisesika Sūtra 5.1.06

आत्मकर्म हस्तसंयोगाच्च ॥६॥

ātmakarma hastasaṁyogāc ca ॥6॥

[आत्म-कर्म (ātma-karma) - movement of ātman; हस्त-संयोगात् (hasta-saṁyogāt) - from conjunction of the hand; च (ca) - and;]

Similarly, the movement of ātman also arises from conjunction with the hand.
