Vaisesika Sūtra 7.1.08

अणोर्महतश्चोपलध्यनुपलब्धी नित्ये व्याख्याते ॥८॥

aṇor-mahataś-copaladhy-anupalabdhī nitye vyākhyāte ॥8॥

[अणोः (aṇoḥ) - of the minute particle; महतः (mahataḥ) - of the great (one); च (ca) - and; उपलधि (upaladhi) - perception; अनुपलब्धी (anupalabdhī) - non-perception; नित्ये (nitye) - in the everlasting; व्याख्याते (vyākhyāte) - when explained;]
