तत्त्वं भावेन ॥२८॥

tattvaṁ bhāvena ॥28॥

[तत्त्वम् (tattvam) - principle pf reality; भावेन (bhāvena) - through becoming;]

The principle of reality is through the phenomenon of becoming.
