Vaisesika Sūtra 9.1.07

तथाऽभावे भावप्रत्यक्षत्वाच्च ॥७॥

tathā abhāve bhāva-pratyakṣatvāt ca ॥7॥

[तथा (tathā) - likewise; अभावे (abhāve) - unbecoming; भाव (bhāva) - becoming; प्रत्यक्षत्वात् (pratyakṣatvāt) - due to perceptibility; च (ca) - and;]

Likewise, is the perceptibility between un-becoming and becoming.
