कारणे समवायात् कर्माणि ॥३॥

kāraṇe samavāyāt karmāṇi ॥3॥

[कारणे (kāraṇe) - in the cause; समवायात् (samavāyāt) - due to inherence; कर्माणि (karmāṇi) - actions;]

In the cause inheres action.
