Yōga Sūtra 2.16

हेयं दुःखमनागतम्।

hēyaṁ duḥkhamanāgatam।

[हेयं दुःखम् अनागतम्।
hēyaṁ = avoid; duḥkham = the misery; anāgatam = yet to come;]

Avoid the misery yet to come.
