Yōga Sūtra 3.50

सत्त्वपुरुषान्यताख्यातिमात्रस्य सर्वभावाधिष्ठातृत्वं सर्वज्ञातृत्वं च।

sattvapuruṣānyatākhyātimātrasya sarvabhāvādhiṣṭhātr̥tvaṁ sarvajñātr̥tvaṁ ca।

[सत्त्व पुरुष अन्यता ख्याति मात्रस्य सर्व भाव अधिष्ठातृत्वं सर्वज्ञातृत्वं च।
sattva = sātvik; puruṣa = soul; anyatā = differences; khyāti = by discernment; mātrasya = only/alone; sarva = all; bhāva = states of mind/feelings; adhiṣṭhātr̥tvaṁ = supremacy over; sarvajñātr̥tvaṁ = all understanding; ca = as well;]

Such Sātvik soul by discerning the differences alone gets supremacy over all states of mind and the ability to understand everything.

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय। तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्माऽमृतं गमय। ॐ शान्ति: शान्ति: शान्ति: ॥ - बृहदारण्यकोपनिषद् 1.3.28
