Vaisesika Sūtra 3.1.19

आत्मेन्द्रियार्थसन्निकर्षाद्यन्निष्पद्यते तदन्यत् ॥१९॥

ātma-indriya-artha-sannikarṣād yan niṣpadyate tad anyat ॥19॥

[आत्म-इन्द्रिय-अर्थ-सन्निकर्षात् (ātma-indriya-artha-sannikarṣāt) - from the contact of ātma, sense, and object; यत् (yat) - which; निष्पद्यते (niṣpadyate) - arises or is produced; तत् (tat) - that; अन्यत् (anyat) - is different (from all three).]

That which arises from the contact of ātma, sense, and object is something different (from all three).
