Vaisesika Sūtra 4.2.11

सन्त्ययोनिजाः ॥११॥

santy ayonijāḥ ॥11॥

[सन्ति (santi) - there are; अयोनिजाः (ayonijāḥ) - those not born of womb;]

There are beings (the ātmans) not born of womb.
