Vaisesika Sūtra 7.2.04

निःसंख्यत्वात्कर्मगुणानां सर्वैकत्वं न विद्यते ॥४॥

niḥsaṅkhyatvāt karma-guṇānāṁ sarva-ekatvaṁ na vidyate ॥4॥

[निःसंख्यत्वात् (niḥsaṅkhyatvāt) - due to innumerability; कर्म-गुणानाम् (karma-guṇānām) - of actions and qualities; सर्व-एकत्वम् (sarva-ekatvam) - universal unity; न विद्यते (na vidyate) - does not exist;]

Due to the innumerability of actions and qualities, universal unity does not exist.
