Vaisesika Sūtra 9.1.12

तथा द्रव्यान्तरेषु प्रत्यक्षम् ॥१२॥

tathā dravya-antareṣu pratyakṣam ॥12॥

[तथा (tathā) - likewise; द्रव्यन्तरेषु (dravya-antareṣu) - in other substances; प्रत्यक्षम् (pratyakṣam) - is perceptible;]
