Vaisesika Sūtra 9.1.13

असमाहितान्तः करणा उपसंहृतसमाध्यस्तेषाञ्च ॥१३॥

asamāhita-antaḥkaraṇāḥ upasaṁhṛta-samādhi-asteṣāñ ca ॥13॥

[असमाहित (asamāhita) - uncomposed; अन्तःकरणाः (antaḥkaraṇāḥ) - internal senses; उपसंहृत (upasaṁhṛta) - withdrawn; समाधिः (samādhiḥ) - concentration; अस्तेषाम् (asteṣām) - of those; च (ca) - and;]

Of those whose internal senses are uncomposed and whose concentration is withdrawn.
