Vaisesika Sūtra 9.2.13

आर्षं सिद्धदर्शनं च धर्मेभ्यः ॥१३॥

ārṣaṁ siddha-darśanaṁ ca dharmebhyaḥ ॥13॥

[आर्षम् (ārṣam) - of the seers; सिद्धदर्शनम् (siddha-darśanam) - vision of the perfected ones; च (ca) - and; धर्मेभ्यः (dharmebhyaḥ) - from dharmas (authoritative sources);]

The views of seers and perfected ones arise from authoritative dharmas.

॥इति द्वितीय आह्निकः नवमोऽध्यायः॥

॥ iti dvitīya āhnikāḥ navamaḥ adhyāyaḥ ॥

[इति (iti) - thus; द्वितीय (dvitīya) - second; आह्निकः (āhnikāḥ) - daily lesson; नवमः (navamaḥ) - ninth; अध्यायः (adhyāyaḥ) - chapter;]

Thus ends the second daily lesson of the ninth chapter.
