Vaisesika Sūtra 10.1.07

एकदेशे इत्येकस्मिन् शिरः पृष्ठमुदरं मर्माणि तद्विशेषस्तद्विशेषेभ्यः ॥७॥

ekadeśe iti ekasmin śiraḥ pṛṣṭham udaraṁ marmāṇi tad-viśeṣaḥ tad-viśeṣebhyaḥ ॥7॥

[एकदेशे (ekadeśe) - in one part; इति (iti) - thus; एकस्मिन् (ekasmin) - in one; शिरः (śiraḥ) - head; पृष्ठम् (pṛṣṭham) - back; उदरम् (udaram) - belly; मर्माणि (marmāṇi) - vital points; तद्विशेषः (tad-viśeṣaḥ) - that particularity; तद्विशेषेभ्यः (tad-viśeṣebhyaḥ) - from those particularities;]

Thus, in one part — the head, back, belly, vital points — the particularity is known from those particular parts.

॥इति प्रथम आह्निकः दशमोऽध्यायः॥

iti prathama āhnikāḥ daśamaḥ adhyāyaḥ ॥

[इति (iti) - thus; प्रथम (prathama) - first; आह्निकः (āhnikāḥ) - daily section; दशमः (daśamaḥ) - tenth; अध्यायः (adhyāyaḥ) - chapter;]

Thus ends the first daily section of the tenth chapter.
