Yōga Sūtra 1.23

ईश्वरप्रणिधानाद्वा।

īśvarapraṇidhānādvā।

[ईश्वर प्रणिधानात् वा।
īśvara = Lord of all; praṇidhānāt = by devotion to; vā = indeed, it is attainable;]

Indeed, it is attainable by devotion to Īśvara.

A special mention is made here towards devotion to 'Lord of all' or GOD.
