Yōga Sūtra 1.45
सूक्ष्मविषयत्वं चालिङ्गपर्यवसानम्।
sūkṣmaviṣayatvaṁ cāliṅgaparyavasānam।
[सूक्ष्म विषयत्वं च अलिङ्ग पर्यवसानम्।
sūkṣma = the subtle nature; viṣayatvaṁ = principle supporting the topic; ca = and; aliṅga = without a distinguishing mark; paryavasānam = it finally ends in;]
It finally culminates in the understanding of subtle principles of the topic, that is without a distinguishing mark.
The nature of 'nirvichāra' samadhi is described here. When the subtle principle behind the topic is understood, the need to enquire on the topic disappears. Indication is given as to form of the principle, which will be free from a distinguishing mark.
