Yōga Sūtra 4.13

ते व्यक्तसूक्ष्मा गुणात्मानः।

tē vyaktasūkṣmā guṇātmānaḥ।

[ते व्यक्त सूक्ष्मा गुण आत्मानः।
tē = they; vyakta = express themselves; sūkṣmā = subtle; guṇa = qualities; ātmānaḥ = of innate being;]

They express themselves as per the subtle qualities of innate being.
