Yōga Sūtra 4.12

अतीतानागतं स्वरूपतोऽस्त्यध्वभेदाद्धर्माणाम्।

atītānāgataṁ svarūpatō'styadhvabhēdāddharmāṇām।

[अतीत अनागतं स्वरूपतः अस्ति अध्व भेदात् धर्माणाम्।
atīta = the past; anāgataṁ = the future; svarūpataḥ = it is potent form; asti = exists now; adhva = condition; bhēdāt = is different; dharmāṇām = as per dharma;]

The past and the future, in its potent form, exist now as per dharma, though the condition is different.
