Vaisesika Sūtra 1.1.5

पृथिव्यापस्तेजो वायुराकाशं कालो दिगात्मा मन इति द्रव्याणि ॥५॥

pṛthivī-āpas-tejo-vāyur-ākāśaṁ kālo dig-ātmā mana iti dravyāṇi ॥5॥

[पृथिवी (pṛthivī) - earth; आपः (āpaḥ) - water; तेजः (tejaḥ) - fire; वायुः (vāyuḥ) - air; आकाशम् (ākāśam) - ether; कालः (kālaḥ) - time; दिक् (dik) - direction (space); आत्मा (ātmā) - self; मनः (manaḥ) - mind; इति (iti) - thus; द्रव्याणि (dravyāṇi) - are substances;]

The Earth, the water, the fire, the air, the space, the time, the directions, the ātmān, i.e. essence of being, and the mind are dravyas.

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय। तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्माऽमृतं गमय। ॐ शान्ति: शान्ति: शान्ति: ॥ - बृहदारण्यकोपनिषद् 1.3.28
