Vaisesika Sūtra 5.2.13

अग्नेरूर्ध्वज्वलनं वायोस्तिर्य्यक्पवनमणूनां मनसंश्चाद्यं कर्मादृष्टकारितम् ॥१३॥

The upward flame of fire, lateral motion of air, and the primary movement of particles and minds — all are caused by the unseen-force.
