Vaisesika Sūtra 5.2.13

agnēr ūrdhvajvalanaṁ vāyōs tiryakpavanam aṇūnāṁ manasaṁś cādyaṁ karmādṛṣṭakāritam ॥13॥

The upward flame of fire, lateral motion of air, and the primary movement of particles and minds — all are caused by the unseen-force.
