Vaisesika Sūtra 9.1.10

नास्ति घटोगेहे इति सतो घटस्य गेहसंसर्ग प्रतिषेधः ॥१०॥

nāsti ghaṭaḥ gehe iti sataḥ ghaṭasya geha-saṁsarga pratiṣedhaḥ ॥10॥

[नास्ति (nāsti) - is not; घटः (ghaṭaḥ) - pot; गेहे (gehe) - in the house; इति (iti) - thus; सतः (sataḥ) - of the existent; घटस्य (ghaṭasya) - of the pot; गेहसंसर्ग (geha-saṁsarga) - conjunction with the house; प्रतिषेधः (pratiṣedhaḥ) - negation;]

“The pot is not in the house” is the negation of the conjunction of the existent pot within the house.
