Yōga Sūtra 1.19

भवप्रत्ययो विदेहप्रकृतिलयानाम्।

This becomes the cause for experiencing body less form (videha) and disintegration of prakruti (prakruti-laya).

The equilibrium state without seed is instrumental in experiencing the bodyless state and also for the destruction of final body form, i.e to overcome the cause of soul being invested with body.
