परमाणुपरममहत्त्वान्तोऽस्य वशीकारः।
paramāṇuparamamahattvāntō'sya vaśīkāraḥ।
[परमाणु परम महत्त्वान्तो अस्य वशीकारः।
paramāṇu = greatest of minute particle; parama = greatest of; mahattvāntō = highest principle; asya = these; vaśīkāraḥ = comes the control over;]
From it comes the control (vashikar) over the smallest of small particles, and the highest of higher principles.
Understanding the smallest of small particle and biggest of big phenomenon is always considered as complete knowledge in Indian philosophy (Ref Ishawasya Upanishad). With the practice of meditation consciousness becomes capable of grasping these phenomena. It is interesting to note, even today physicists are struggling to understand these phenomena and have no conclusive answers. The particles with which dark-matter is made up of, and how big-bang arouse from singleton are still not understood.
