Earlier, this resolve had arisen in my heart; as I am prompted by the king, by you, and by Pṛthā indeed. (15-39-3)

O blameless one, that deed of the gods which was destined to happen—certainly, all (beings), endowed with portions of the gods, then descended to the surface of the earth. (15-39-5)
gandharvāpsarasaś caiva piśācā guhya-rākṣasāḥ। tathā puṇya-janāś caiva siddhā devarṣayo'pi ca॥15-39-6॥

devāś ca dānavāś caiva tathā brahmarṣayo'malāḥ. ta ete nidhanaṃ prāptāḥ kurukṣetre raṇājire ॥15-39-7॥
Gods, demons, and also the pure brahma-sages— all these attained their end on the battlefield of Kurukṣetra. (15-39-7)

To those who waited through the night, longing to see the dead kings, that day also passed just like a hundred years. (15-39-23)
