Vaisesika Sūtra 3.2.21
śāstra-sāmarthyāt ca ॥21॥
And because of the authority of scriptures.
॥iti dvitīya āhnikah iti tṛtīyaḥ adhyāyaḥ samāptam॥
Thus ends the second section and the third chapter.
