Vaisesika Sūtra 8.2.06

तथापस्तेजोवायुश्च रसरूपस्पर्शज्ञानेविशेषात् ॥६॥

Likewise, water, fire, and air are the basis of knowledge of taste, form, and touch due to their distinction.

॥इति द्वितीय आह्निकः अष्टमोऽध्यायः॥

Thus ends the second lesson of the eighth chapter.
