Vaisesika Sūtra 4.1.13

एतेन गुणत्वे भावे च सर्वेन्द्रियं ज्ञानं व्याख्याताम् ॥१३॥

The above-stated principles explain the becoming of qualities and the knowledge derived from the senses.

॥ चतुर्युथथोऽध्यायः प्रथमाह्निकम् समाप्तम् ॥

The first section of the fourth chapter is concluded.
