Vaisesika Sūtra 4.1.13

etena guṇatve bhāve ca sarvendriyaṁ jñānaṁ vyākhyātām ॥13॥

The above-stated principles explain the becoming of qualities and the knowledge derived from the senses.

॥ caturyuthatho'dhyāyaḥ prathamāhnikam samāptam ॥
