Pancharatra-Pancharatra-Ext: Kunti sends here advise to each of her sons to remember the harsh words spoken to Draupadi in the assembly, and asks them to fight.

(If duty exists, O descendant of Vṛṣṇi, then truth will be. You also, O Kṛṣṇa, will accomplish everything thus.)

[एतत् (etat) - this; धनञ्जयः (dhanañjayaḥ) - Dhananjaya; वाच्यः (vācyaḥ) - should be told; नित्य-उद्युक्तः (nitya-udyuktaḥ) - always engaged; वृकोदरः (vṛkodaraḥ) - Vrikodara; यदर्थम् (yadartham) - for which purpose; क्षत्रियाः (kṣatriyāḥ) - Kshatriyas; सूते (sūte) - are born; तस्य (tasya) - his; कालः (kālaḥ) - time; अयम् (ayam) - this; आगतः (āgataḥ) - has come; न (na) - not; हि (hi) - indeed; वैरम् (vairam) - enmity; समासाद्य (samāsādya) - having approached; सीदन्ति (sīdanti) - despair; पुरुषर्षभाः (puruṣarṣabhāḥ) - bulls among men;]
(This should be told to Dhananjaya, always engaged Vrikodara. For which purpose Kshatriyas are born, his time has come. Indeed, having approached enmity, bulls among men do not despair.)
This message should be conveyed to Dhananjaya and the ever-ready Vrikodara. The time for which Kshatriyas are born has arrived. Truly, the best among men do not lose heart when faced with enmity.
विदिता ते सदा बुद्धिर्भीमस्य न स शाम्यति । यावदन्तं न कुरुते शत्रूणां शत्रुकर्शनः ॥५-१३५-१०॥
viditā te sadā buddhirbhīmasya na sa śāmyati । yāvadantaṃ na kurute śatrūṇāṃ śatrukarśanaḥ ॥5-135-10॥

(Your knowledge of Bhima's intelligence is always known; he does not cease until he brings about the end of the enemies.)

(The knower of all dharmas, the daughter-in-law of the great soul Pandu, Madhava should say to the auspicious, glorious Krishna.)

(Appropriate is this, O fortunate one, born in the family, O illustrious one, that among all my sons, you have conducted properly.)

It is well known that your Bhima and Arjuna, in their extreme anger, resemble Yama and Antaka, and they could lead even the gods to their ultimate state.
तयोश्चैतदवज्ञानं यत्सा कृष्णा सभागता । दुःशासनश्च यद्भीमं कटुकान्यभ्यभाषत ॥ पश्यतां कुरुवीराणां तच्च संस्मारयेः पुनः ॥५-१३५-२१॥
tayoś caitad avajñānaṃ yat sā kṛṣṇā sabhāgatā । duḥśāsanaś ca yad bhīmaṃ kaṭukāny abhyabhāṣata ॥ paśyatāṃ kuruvīrāṇāṃ tacca saṃsmārayeḥ punaḥ ॥5-135-21॥

ततो निर्याय नगरात्प्रययौ पुरुषोत्तमः । मन्त्रयामास च तदा कर्णेन सुचिरं सह ॥५-१३५-२७॥
tato niryāya nagarātprayayau puruṣottamaḥ । mantrayāmāsa ca tadā karṇena suciraṃ saha ॥5-135-27॥
