Pancharatra: Bhagavad Gita 10th chapter.
श्रीभगवानुवाच॥
śrībhagavānuvāca॥
[श्री (śrī) - auspicious; भगवान् (bhagavān) - the Lord; उवाच (uvāca) - said;]
(The auspicious Lord said:)
The Blessed Lord spoke:
भूय एव महाबाहो शृणु मे परमं वचः। यत्तेऽहं प्रीयमाणाय वक्ष्यामि हितकाम्यया ॥६-३२-१॥
bhūya eva mahābāho śṛṇu me paramaṃ vacaḥ। yatte'haṃ prīyamāṇāya vakṣyāmi hitakāmyayā ॥6-32-1॥
[भूयः (bhūyaḥ) - again; एव (eva) - indeed; महाबाहो (mahābāho) - O mighty-armed one; शृणु (śṛṇu) - listen; मे (me) - my; परमं (paramaṃ) - supreme; वचः (vacaḥ) - words; यत् (yat) - which; ते (te) - to you; अहम् (aham) - I; प्रीयमाणाय (prīyamāṇāya) - to the beloved; वक्ष्यामि (vakṣyāmi) - will speak; हितकाम्यया (hitakāmyayā) - for the desire of welfare;]
(Again indeed, O mighty-armed one, listen to my supreme words, which I will speak to you, the beloved, for the desire of welfare.)
"O mighty-armed one, listen once more to my supreme words, which I shall speak to you out of a desire for your welfare."
न मे विदुः सुरगणाः प्रभवं न महर्षयः। अहमादिर्हि देवानां महर्षीणां च सर्वशः ॥६-३२-२॥
na me viduḥ suragaṇāḥ prabhavaṃ na maharṣayaḥ। ahamādirhi devānāṃ maharṣīṇāṃ ca sarvaśaḥ ॥6-32-2॥
[न (na) - not; मे (me) - my; विदुः (viduḥ) - know; सुरगणाः (suragaṇāḥ) - the demigods; प्रभवं (prabhavaṃ) - origin; न (na) - not; महर्षयः (maharṣayaḥ) - the great sages; अहम् (aham) - I; आदिः (ādiḥ) - the origin; हि (hi) - certainly; देवानाम् (devānām) - of the demigods; महर्षीणाम् (maharṣīṇām) - of the great sages; च (ca) - and; सर्वशः (sarvaśaḥ) - in all respects;]
(Neither the demigods nor the great sages know my origin; I am indeed the origin of the demigods and the great sages in all respects.)
The demigods and the great sages do not know my origin, for I am the source of all the demigods and sages in every way.
यो मामजमनादिं च वेत्ति लोकमहेश्वरम्। असंमूढः स मर्त्येषु सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ॥६-३२-३॥
yo mām ajam anādiṃ ca vetti lokamaheśvaram। asaṃmūḍhaḥ sa martyeṣu sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate ॥6-32-3॥
[यः (yaḥ) - who; माम् (mām) - me; अजम् (ajam) - unborn; अनादिम् (anādim) - without beginning; च (ca) - and; वेत्ति (vetti) - knows; लोकमहेश्वरम् (lokamaheśvaram) - the great lord of the worlds; असंमूढः (asaṃmūḍhaḥ) - undeluded; सः (saḥ) - he; मर्त्येषु (martyeṣu) - among mortals; सर्वपापैः (sarvapāpaiḥ) - from all sins; प्रमुच्यते (pramucyate) - is liberated;]
(He who knows me as unborn and without beginning, the great lord of the worlds, is undeluded among mortals and is liberated from all sins.)
One who understands me as the eternal, unborn, and the supreme lord of all worlds, is wise among humans and is freed from all sins.
बुद्धिर्ज्ञानमसंमोहः क्षमा सत्यं दमः शमः। सुखं दुःखं भवोऽभावो भयं चाभयमेव च ॥६-३२-४॥
buddhirjñānmasaṁmohaḥ kṣamā satyaṁ damaḥ śamaḥ। sukhaṁ duḥkhaṁ bhavo'bhāvo bhayaṁ cābhayameva ca ॥6-32-4॥
[बुद्धिः (buddhiḥ) - intelligence; ज्ञानम् (jñānam) - knowledge; असंमोहः (asaṁmohaḥ) - freedom from delusion; क्षमा (kṣamā) - forgiveness; सत्यं (satyaṁ) - truth; दमः (damaḥ) - self-restraint; शमः (śamaḥ) - calmness; सुखं (sukhaṁ) - happiness; दुःखं (duḥkhaṁ) - sorrow; भवः (bhavaḥ) - existence; अभावः (abhāvaḥ) - non-existence; भयम् (bhayam) - fear; च (ca) - and; अभयम् (abhayam) - fearlessness; एव (eva) - indeed; च (ca) - and;]
(Intelligence, knowledge, freedom from delusion, forgiveness, truth, self-restraint, calmness, happiness, sorrow, existence, non-existence, fear and fearlessness indeed and.)
Intelligence, knowledge, freedom from delusion, forgiveness, truth, self-restraint, calmness, happiness, sorrow, existence, non-existence, fear, and fearlessness are all qualities that define the human experience.
अहिंसा समता तुष्टिस्तपो दानं यशोऽयशः। भवन्ति भावा भूतानां मत्त एव पृथग्विधाः ॥६-३२-५॥
ahiṁsā samatā tuṣṭistapo dānaṁ yaśo'yaśaḥ। bhavanti bhāvā bhūtānāṁ matta eva pṛthagvidhāḥ ॥6-32-5॥
[अहिंसा (ahiṁsā) - non-violence; समता (samatā) - equanimity; तुष्टिः (tuṣṭiḥ) - contentment; तपः (tapaḥ) - austerity; दानं (dānaṁ) - charity; यशः (yaśaḥ) - fame; अयशः (ayaśaḥ) - infamy; भवन्ति (bhavanti) - become; भावाः (bhāvāḥ) - states; भूतानाम् (bhūtānām) - of beings; मतः (mataḥ) - from me; एव (eva) - indeed; पृथग्विधाः (pṛthagvidhāḥ) - various kinds;]
(Non-violence, equanimity, contentment, austerity, charity, fame, and infamy are states of beings that arise from me alone, of various kinds.)
Non-violence, equanimity, contentment, austerity, charity, fame, and infamy are various states of beings that originate from me alone.
महर्षयः सप्त पूर्वे चत्वारो मनवस्तथा। मद्भावा मानसा जाता येषां लोक इमाः प्रजाः ॥६-३२-६॥
maharṣayaḥ sapta pūrve catvāro manavas tathā। madbhāvā mānasā jātā yeṣāṃ loka imāḥ prajāḥ ॥6-32-6॥
[महर्षयः (maharṣayaḥ) - great sages; सप्त (sapta) - seven; पूर्वे (pūrve) - former; चत्वारः (catvāraḥ) - four; मनवः (manavaḥ) - Manus; तथा (tathā) - also; मद्भावाः (madbhāvāḥ) - of My nature; मानसाः (mānasāḥ) - born of the mind; जाताः (jātāḥ) - born; येषाम् (yeṣām) - of whom; लोकः (lokaḥ) - the world; इमाः (imāḥ) - these; प्रजाः (prajāḥ) - creatures;]
(The seven great sages and the four Manus of the past, who are of My nature and born of the mind, from whom all these creatures in the world have come.)
The seven great sages and the four ancient Manus, who are born of My nature and mind, are the origin of all living beings in this world.
एतां विभूतिं योगं च मम यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः। सोऽविकम्पेन योगेन युज्यते नात्र संशयः ॥६-३२-७॥
etāṃ vibhūtiṃ yogaṃ ca mama yo vetti tattvataḥ। so'vikampena yogena yujyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ॥6-32-7॥
[एतां (etām) - this; विभूतिं (vibhūtim) - glory; योगं (yogam) - yoga; च (ca) - and; मम (mama) - my; यः (yaḥ) - who; वेत्ति (vetti) - knows; तत्त्वतः (tattvataḥ) - in reality; सः (saḥ) - he; अविकम्पेन (avikampena) - unwavering; योगेन (yogena) - by yoga; युज्यते (yujyate) - is united; न (na) - not; अत्र (atra) - here; संशयः (saṃśayaḥ) - doubt;]
(He who knows this glory and yoga of mine in reality, is united by unwavering yoga; here there is no doubt.)
There is no doubt that he who truly understands my glory and yoga is united with unwavering yoga.
अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते। इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः ॥६-३२-८॥
ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo mattaḥ sarvaṁ pravartate। iti matvā bhajante māṁ budhā bhāvasamanvitāḥ ॥6-32-8॥
[अहं (ahaṁ) - I; सर्वस्य (sarvasya) - of all; प्रभवः (prabhavaḥ) - origin; मत्तः (mattaḥ) - from me; सर्वं (sarvaṁ) - everything; प्रवर्तते (pravartate) - emanates; इति (iti) - thus; मत्वा (matvā) - having known; भजन्ते (bhajante) - worship; मां (māṁ) - me; बुधाः (budhāḥ) - the wise; भावसमन्विताः (bhāvasamanvitāḥ) - endowed with devotion;]
(I am the origin of all; from me, everything emanates. Thus, having known, the wise worship me, endowed with devotion.)
I am the source of everything; everything proceeds from me. Understanding this, the wise, endowed with devotion, worship me.
मच्चित्ता मद्गतप्राणा बोधयन्तः परस्परम्। कथयन्तश्च मां नित्यं तुष्यन्ति च रमन्ति च ॥६-३२-९॥
maccittā madgataprāṇā bodhayantaḥ parasparam। kathayantaśca māṃ nityaṃ tuṣyanti ca ramanti ca ॥6-32-9॥
[मच्चित्ता (maccittā) - those whose minds are absorbed in Me; मद्गतप्राणा (madgataprāṇā) - those whose lives are devoted to Me; बोधयन्तः (bodhayantaḥ) - enlightening; परस्परम् (parasparam) - each other; कथयन्तः (kathayantaḥ) - speaking; च (ca) - and; माम् (mām) - about Me; नित्यम् (nityam) - always; तुष्यन्ति (tuṣyanti) - are satisfied; च (ca) - and; रमन्ति (ramanti) - delight; च (ca) - and;]
(Those whose minds are absorbed in Me, whose lives are devoted to Me, enlightening each other, and always speaking about Me, are satisfied and delight.)
Those who have their minds and lives dedicated to Me, who enlighten each other and always speak of Me, find satisfaction and joy.
तेषां सततयुक्तानां भजतां प्रीतिपूर्वकम्। ददामि बुद्धियोगं तं येन मामुपयान्ति ते ॥६-३२-१०॥
teṣāṃ satatayuktānāṃ bhajatāṃ prītipūrvakam। dadāmi buddhiyogaṃ taṃ yena māmupayānti te ॥6-32-10॥
[तेषाम् (teṣām) - of them; सततयुक्तानाम् (satatayuktānām) - constantly engaged; भजताम् (bhajatām) - in worship; प्रीतिपूर्वकम् (prītipūrvakam) - with love; ददामि (dadāmi) - I give; बुद्धियोगम् (buddhiyogam) - the yoga of intelligence; तम् (tam) - that; येन (yena) - by which; माम् (mām) - to me; उपयान्ति (upayānti) - come; ते (te) - they;]
(To those who are constantly devoted and who worship Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me.)
For those who are constantly devoted and worship with love, I provide the wisdom to reach Me.
तेषामेवानुकम्पार्थमहमज्ञानजं तमः। नाशयाम्यात्मभावस्थो ज्ञानदीपेन भास्वता ॥६-३२-११॥
teṣāmevānukampārthamahamajñānajaṃ tamaḥ। nāśayāmyātmabhāvastho jñānadīpena bhāsvatā ॥6-32-11॥
[तेषाम् (teṣām) - of them; एव (eva) - only; अनुकम्पा (anukampā) - compassion; अर्थम् (artham) - for the sake of; अहम् (aham) - I; अज्ञानजम् (ajñānajam) - born of ignorance; तमः (tamaḥ) - darkness; नाशयामि (nāśayāmi) - destroy; आत्मभावस्थः (ātmabhāvasthaḥ) - situated in the self; ज्ञानदीपेन (jñānadīpena) - with the lamp of knowledge; भास्वता (bhāsvatā) - shining;]
(For the sake of compassion towards them, I destroy the darkness born of ignorance, being situated in the self, with the shining lamp of knowledge.)
Out of compassion for them, I, dwelling in their hearts, dispel the darkness born of ignorance with the radiant light of knowledge.
अर्जुन उवाच॥

परं ब्रह्म परं धाम पवित्रं परमं भवान्। पुरुषं शाश्वतं दिव्यमादिदेवमजं विभुम् ॥६-३२-१२॥
paraṁ brahma paraṁ dhāma pavitraṁ paramaṁ bhavān। puruṣaṁ śāśvataṁ divyamādidevamajaṁ vibhum ॥6-32-12॥
[परं (param) - supreme; ब्रह्म (brahma) - Brahman; परं (param) - supreme; धाम (dhāma) - abode; पवित्रं (pavitraṁ) - pure; परमं (paramaṁ) - supreme; भवान् (bhavān) - you; पुरुषं (puruṣam) - person; शाश्वतं (śāśvatam) - eternal; दिव्यम् (divyam) - divine; आदिदेवम् (ādidevam) - primordial god; अजं (ajam) - unborn; विभुम् (vibhum) - all-pervading;]
(You are the supreme Brahman, the supreme abode, the purest, the supreme being. The eternal, divine person, the primordial god, the unborn, the all-pervading.)
You are the ultimate reality, the supreme abode, the purest of the pure, the supreme being. You are the eternal, divine person, the original god, unborn and all-pervading.
आहुस्त्वामृषयः सर्वे देवर्षिर्नारदस्तथा। असितो देवलो व्यासः स्वयं चैव ब्रवीषि मे ॥६-३२-१३॥
āhus tvām ṛṣayaḥ sarve devarṣir nāradas tathā। asito devalo vyāsaḥ svayaṃ caiva bravīṣi me ॥6-32-13॥
[आहुः (āhuḥ) - say; त्वाम् (tvām) - you; ऋषयः (ṛṣayaḥ) - sages; सर्वे (sarve) - all; देवर्षिः (devarṣiḥ) - divine sage; नारदः (nāradaḥ) - Nārada; तथा (tathā) - also; असितः (asitaḥ) - Asita; देवलः (devalaḥ) - Devala; व्यासः (vyāsaḥ) - Vyāsa; स्वयम् (svayam) - yourself; च (ca) - and; एव (eva) - certainly; ब्रवीषि (bravīṣi) - declare; मे (me) - to me;]
(All the sages say you are, as does the divine sage Nārada, and also Asita, Devala, Vyāsa, and you yourself certainly declare to me.)
All the sages, including the divine sage Nārada, Asita, Devala, and Vyāsa, affirm your divinity, and you yourself have declared it to me.
सर्वमेतदृतं मन्ये यन्मां वदसि केशव। न हि ते भगवन्व्यक्तिं विदुर्देवा न दानवाः ॥६-३२-१४॥
sarvam etad ṛtaṃ manye yan māṃ vadasi keśava। na hi te bhagavan vyaktiṃ vidur devā na dānavāḥ ॥6-32-14॥
[सर्वम् (sarvam) - all; एतत् (etat) - this; ऋतम् (ṛtam) - truth; मन्ये (manye) - I think; यत् (yat) - that; माम् (mām) - me; वदसि (vadasi) - you say; केशव (keśava) - Keśava; न (na) - not; हि (hi) - indeed; ते (te) - your; भगवन् (bhagavan) - O Lord; व्यक्तिम् (vyaktim) - manifestation; विदुः (viduḥ) - know; देवाः (devāḥ) - gods; न (na) - not; दानवाः (dānavāḥ) - demons;]
(I think all this is true that you say to me, O Keśava. Indeed, neither the gods nor the demons know your manifestation, O Lord.)
I believe everything you say to me, O Keśava, is true. Neither the gods nor the demons comprehend your divine manifestation, O Lord.
स्वयमेवात्मनात्मानं वेत्थ त्वं पुरुषोत्तम। भूतभावन भूतेश देवदेव जगत्पते ॥६-३२-१५॥
svayamevātmanātmānaṃ vettha tvaṃ puruṣottama। bhūtabhāvana bhūteśa devadeva jagatpate ॥6-32-15॥
[स्वयम् (svayam) - by oneself; एव (eva) - indeed; आत्मना (ātmanā) - by the self; आत्मानं (ātmānam) - the self; वेत्थ (vettha) - know; त्वं (tvaṃ) - you; पुरुषोत्तम (puruṣottama) - O Supreme Person; भूतभावन (bhūtabhāvana) - creator of beings; भूतेश (bhūteśa) - lord of beings; देवदेव (devadeva) - god of gods; जगत्पते (jagatpate) - lord of the universe;]
(By oneself, indeed, by the self, the self you know, O Supreme Person, creator of beings, lord of beings, god of gods, lord of the universe.)
O Supreme Person, you know yourself by your own self. You are the creator and lord of all beings, the god of gods, and the lord of the universe.
वक्तुमर्हस्यशेषेण दिव्या ह्यात्मविभूतयः। याभिर्विभूतिभिर्लोकानिमांस्त्वं व्याप्य तिष्ठसि ॥६-३२-१६॥
vaktum arhasi aśeṣeṇa divyā hy ātmavibhūtayaḥ। yābhir vibhūtibhir lokān imāṁs tvaṁ vyāpya tiṣṭhasi ॥6-32-16॥
[वक्तुम् (vaktum) - to speak; अर्हसि (arhasi) - you ought; अशेषेण (aśeṣeṇa) - completely; दिव्याः (divyāḥ) - divine; हि (hi) - indeed; आत्म (ātma) - self; विभूतयः (vibhūtayaḥ) - glories; याभिः (yābhiḥ) - by which; विभूतिभिः (vibhūtibhiḥ) - glories; लोकान् (lokān) - worlds; इमान् (imān) - these; त्वम् (tvam) - you; व्याप्य (vyāpya) - pervading; तिष्ठसि (tiṣṭhasi) - stand;]
(You ought to speak completely of the divine glories of the self, by which glories you pervade and stand in these worlds.)
You should fully describe your divine glories, by which you pervade and sustain all these worlds.
कथं विद्यामहं योगिंस्त्वां सदा परिचिन्तयन्। केषु केषु च भावेषु चिन्त्योऽसि भगवन्मया ॥६-३२-१७॥
kathaṁ vidyāmahaṁ yogiṁstvāṁ sadā paricintayan। keṣu keṣu ca bhāveṣu cintyo'si bhagavanmayā ॥6-32-17॥
[कथं (kathaṁ) - how; विद्याम् (vidyām) - know; अहम् (aham) - I; योगिन् (yogin) - O Yogi; त्वाम् (tvām) - you; सदा (sadā) - always; परिचिन्तयन् (paricintayan) - contemplating; केषु (keṣu) - in which; केषु (keṣu) - in which; च (ca) - and; भावेषु (bhāveṣu) - states of being; चिन्त्यः (cintyaḥ) - to be thought of; असि (asi) - are; भगवन् (bhagavan) - O Lord; मया (mayā) - by me;]
(How can I know you, O Yogi, always contemplating? In which states of being are you to be thought of by me, O Lord?)
How should I, always contemplating, know you, O Yogi? In which states of being should you be thought of by me, O Lord?
विस्तरेणात्मनो योगं विभूतिं च जनार्दन। भूयः कथय तृप्तिर्हि शृण्वतो नास्ति मेऽमृतम् ॥६-३२-१८॥
vistareṇātmano yogaṃ vibhūtiṃ ca janārdana। bhūyaḥ kathaya tṛptirhi śṛṇvato nāsti me'mṛtam ॥6-32-18॥
[विस्तरेण (vistareṇa) - in detail; आत्मनः (ātmanaḥ) - of the self; योगम् (yogam) - yoga; विभूतिम् (vibhūtim) - glory; च (ca) - and; जनार्दन (janārdana) - O Janardana; भूयः (bhūyaḥ) - again; कथय (kathaya) - tell; तृप्तिः (tṛptiḥ) - satisfaction; हि (hi) - indeed; शृण्वतः (śṛṇvataḥ) - of hearing; न (na) - not; अस्ति (asti) - is; मे (me) - my; अमृतम् (amṛtam) - nectar;]
(In detail, of the self, yoga and glory, O Janardana, again tell; satisfaction indeed of hearing not is my nectar.)
O Janardana, please describe once more in detail the yoga and your divine glories, for I am never satiated in hearing your nectar-like words.

हन्त ते कथयिष्यामि दिव्या ह्यात्मविभूतयः। प्राधान्यतः कुरुश्रेष्ठ नास्त्यन्तो विस्तरस्य मे ॥६-३२-१९॥
hanta te kathayiṣyāmi divyā hyātmavibhūtayaḥ। prādhānyataḥ kuruśreṣṭha nāstyanto vistarasya me ॥6-32-19॥
[हन्त (hanta) - behold; ते (te) - to you; कथयिष्यामि (kathayiṣyāmi) - I shall tell; दिव्याः (divyāḥ) - divine; हि (hi) - indeed; आत्म (ātma) - self; विभूतयः (vibhūtayaḥ) - opulences; प्राधान्यतः (prādhānyataḥ) - principally; कुरुश्रेष्ठ (kuruśreṣṭha) - O best of the Kurus; न (na) - not; अस्ति (asti) - there is; अन्तः (antaḥ) - an end; विस्तरस्य (vistarasya) - to the extent; मे (me) - of mine;]
(Behold, I shall tell you of my divine opulences, O best of the Kurus, principally, for there is no end to my extent.)
"Behold, O best of the Kurus, I shall tell you of my divine opulences, for there is no end to their extent."
अहमात्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्थितः। अहमादिश्च मध्यं च भूतानामन्त एव च ॥६-३२-२०॥
ahamātmā guḍākeśa sarvabhūtāśayasthitaḥ। ahamādiśca madhyaṃ ca bhūtānāmanta eva ca ॥6-32-20॥
[अहम् (aham) - I; आत्मा (ātmā) - self; गुडाकेश (guḍākeśa) - O Gudakesha; सर्व (sarva) - all; भूत (bhūta) - beings; आशय (āśaya) - abode; स्थितः (sthitaḥ) - situated; अहम् (aham) - I; आदि (ādi) - beginning; च (ca) - and; मध्यम् (madhyam) - middle; च (ca) - and; भूतानाम् (bhūtānām) - of beings; अन्तः (antaḥ) - end; एव (eva) - indeed; च (ca) - and;]
(I am the self, O Gudakesha, situated in the abode of all beings. I am the beginning, the middle, and indeed the end of beings.)
"I am the soul, O Gudakesha, residing in the hearts of all creatures. I am the origin, the middle, and the end of all beings."
आदित्यानामहं विष्णुर्ज्योतिषां रविरंशुमान्। मरीचिर्मरुतामस्मि नक्षत्राणामहं शशी ॥६-३२-२१॥
ādityānāmahaṃ viṣṇurjyotiṣāṃ raviraṃśumān। marīcirmarutāmasmi nakṣatrāṇāmahaṃ śaśī ॥6-32-21॥
[आदित्यानाम् (ādityānām) - among the Ādityas; अहम् (aham) - I am; विष्णुः (viṣṇuḥ) - Viṣṇu; ज्योतिषाम् (jyotiṣām) - among the lights; रविः (raviḥ) - the sun; अंशुमान् (aṃśumān) - radiant; मरीचिः (marīciḥ) - Marīci; मरुताम् (marutām) - among the Maruts; अस्मि (asmi) - I am; नक्षत्राणाम् (nakṣatrāṇām) - among the constellations; अहम् (aham) - I am; शशी (śaśī) - the moon;]
(Among the Ādityas, I am Viṣṇu; among the lights, I am the radiant sun. Among the Maruts, I am Marīci; among the constellations, I am the moon.)
I am Viṣṇu among the Ādityas, the radiant sun among the lights, Marīci among the Maruts, and the moon among the constellations.
वेदानां सामवेदोऽस्मि देवानामस्मि वासवः। इन्द्रियाणां मनश्चास्मि भूतानामस्मि चेतना ॥६-३२-२२॥

daṇḍo damayatāmasmi nītirasmi jigīṣatām। maunaṃ caivāsmi guhyānāṃ jñānaṃ jñānavatāmaham ॥6-32-38॥

(And also, Arjuna, I am the seed of all beings; there is nothing, moving or non-moving, that can exist without me.)

नान्तोऽस्ति मम दिव्यानां विभूतीनां परन्तप। एष तूद्देशतः प्रोक्तो विभूतेर्विस्तरो मया ॥६-३२-४०॥
nānto'sti mama divyānāṃ vibhūtīnāṃ parantapa। eṣa tūddeśataḥ prokto vibhūtervistaro mayā ॥6-32-40॥

(There is no end to My divine glories, O conqueror of enemies. But this is a brief description of the expansion of My glories, spoken by Me.)
O Arjuna, there is no limit to My divine manifestations. What I have described to you is only a small part of My infinite glories.
यद्यद्विभूतिमत्सत्त्वं श्रीमदूर्जितमेव वा। तत्तदेवावगच्छ त्वं मम तेजोंशसम्भवम् ॥६-३२-४१॥
yadyadvibhūtimatsattvaṃ śrīmadūrjitameva vā। tattadevāvagaccha tvaṃ mama tejoṃśasambhavam ॥6-32-41॥

(Whatever being is endowed with opulence, glory, and power, understand that to be born of a part of My splendor.)

अथ वा बहुनैतेन किं ज्ञातेन तवार्जुन। विष्टभ्याहमिदं कृत्स्नमेकांशेन स्थितो जगत् ॥६-३२-४२॥

(Now or by much of this, what is known to you, Arjuna? I pervade and am situated in this entire universe by a part.)
