sarveṣāmeva pārthānāṃ phalguno balavattaraḥ। tasyāmoghāṃ vimokṣyāmi śaktiṃ śakravinirmitām ॥7-133-8॥

मयि जीवति कौरव्य विषादं मा कृथाः क्वचित्। अहं जेष्यामि समरे सहितान्सर्वपाण्डवान् ॥७-१३३-१०॥
mayi jīvati kauravya viṣādaṃ mā kṛthāḥ kvacit। ahaṃ jeṣyāmi samare sahitānsarvapāṇḍavān ॥7-133-10॥

पाञ्चालान्केकयांश्चैव वृष्णींश्चापि समागतान्। बाणौघैः शकलीकृत्य तव दास्यामि मेदिनीम् ॥७-१३३-११॥
pāñcālān kekayāṁś caiva vṛṣṇīṁś cāpi samāgatān। bāṇaughaiḥ śakalīkṛtya tava dāsyāmi medinīm ॥7-133-11॥

अब्रुवन्कर्ण युध्यस्व बहु कत्थसि सूतज। अनुक्त्वा विक्रमेद्यस्तु तद्वै सत्पुरुषव्रतम् ॥७-१३३-१९॥
abruvankarṇa yudhyasva bahu katthasi sūtaja। anuktvā vikramedyastu tadvai satpuruṣavratam ॥7-133-19॥

(They said, "Karna, fight! You boast much, son of a charioteer. Without saying, one should act; that indeed is the vow of a noble person.")

(Having thundered, O son of a charioteer, you appear like an autumnal cloud without water. Fruitless, you appear, Karna, and that the king does not understand.)

तावद्गर्जसि राधेय यावत्पार्थं न पश्यसि। पुरा पार्थं हि ते दृष्ट्वा दुर्लभं गर्जितं भवेत् ॥७-१३३-२१॥
tāvadgarjasi rādheya yāvatpārthaṃ na paśyasi। purā pārthaṃ hi te dṛṣṭvā durlabhaṃ garjitaṃ bhavet ॥7-133-21॥

(You roar, O son of Radha, until you see Partha. Before seeing Partha, indeed, your roaring would be difficult.)

(When Pāṇḍava is slain, Kṛṣṇa and his brothers and kinsmen, without Arjuna, will not be able to enjoy the earth in any way.)

तेषु नष्टेषु सर्वेषु पृथिवीयं ससागरा। अयत्नात्कौरवेयस्य वशे स्थास्यति गौतम ॥७-१३३-४९॥
teṣu naṣṭeṣu sarveṣu pṛthivīyaṃ sasāgarā। ayatnātkauraveyasya vaśe sthāsyati gautama ॥7-133-49॥

(In them being destroyed, all the earth with oceans will remain under the control of the Kaurava without effort, O Gautama.)

yaccāpi pāṇḍavānvipra stotumicchasi saṃyuge। bhīṣayansarvasainyāni kauraveyāṇi durmate ॥ atrāpi śṛṇu me vākyaṃ yathāvadgadato dvija ॥7-133-53॥

(Where all skilled in war would stand bitten, who indeed, even an enemy equal in strength to Indra, would conquer these in battle?)
Where all the warriors, skilled in battle, stand ready, who indeed, even if an enemy as strong as Indra, could conquer them in battle?
शूराश्च हि कृतास्त्राश्च बलिनः स्वर्गलिप्सवः। धर्मज्ञा युद्धकुशला हन्युर्युद्धे सुरानपि ॥७-१३३-५६॥
śūrāśca hi kṛtāstrāśca balinaḥ svargalipsavaḥ। dharmajñā yuddhakuśalā hanyuryuddhe surānapi ॥7-133-56॥
[शूराः (śūrāḥ) - heroes; च (ca) - and; हि (hi) - indeed; कृतास्त्राः (kṛtāstrāḥ) - skilled in weapons; च (ca) - and; बलिनः (balinaḥ) - strong; स्वर्गलिप्सवः (svargalipsavaḥ) - desiring heaven; धर्मज्ञाः (dharmajñāḥ) - knowers of dharma; युद्धकुशलाः (yuddhakuśalāḥ) - skilled in battle; हन्युः (hanyuḥ) - could kill; युद्धे (yuddhe) - in battle; सुरान् (surān) - gods; अपि (api) - even;]
(Heroes, indeed skilled in weapons and strong, desiring heaven, knowers of dharma, skilled in battle, could kill even gods in battle.)
