Core and Pancharatra: King Bahlika, i.e. Somadatta killed by Satyaki, supported by Bhima. Then Drona becomes unconscious, unable to withstand Yudhishthira. Advised by Krishna, Yudhisthira moved away from Drona as night fell.

somadattaṃ tu samprekṣya vidhunvānaṃ mahaddhanuḥ। sātyakiḥ prāha yantāraṃ somadattāya māṃ vaha ॥7-137-1॥

(But having seen Somadatta wielding a great bow, Satyaki said to the charioteer, "Carry me to Somadatta.")
Satyaki, observing Somadatta with his great bow, instructed his charioteer, "Take me to Somadatta."
न ह्यहत्वा रणे शत्रुं बाह्लीकं कौरवाधमम्। निवर्तिष्ये रणात्सूत सत्यमेतद्वचो मम ॥७-१३७-२॥
na hyahatvā raṇe śatruṃ bāhlīkaṃ kauravādhamam। nivartiṣye raṇātsūta satyametadvaco mama ॥7-137-2॥

ततः सम्प्रेषयद्यन्ता सैन्धवांस्तान्महाजवान्। तुरङ्गमाञ्शङ्खवर्णान्सर्वशब्दातिगान्रणे ॥७-१३७-३॥

तेऽवहन्युयुधानं तु मनोमारुतरंहसः। यथेन्द्रं हरयो राजन्पुरा दैत्यवधोद्यतम् ॥७-१३७-४॥
te'vahanyuyudhānaṃ tu manomārutaraṃhasaḥ। yathendraṃ harayo rājanpurā daityavadhodyatam ॥7-137-4॥

(They killed Yuyudhana with the speed of mind and wind, as the monkeys, O king, formerly engaged in the killing of the demon Indra.)

तमापतन्तं सम्प्रेक्ष्य सात्वतं रभसं रणे। सोमदत्तो महाबाहुरसम्भ्रान्तोऽभ्यवर्तत ॥७-१३७-५॥

विमुञ्चञ्शरवर्षाणि पर्जन्य इव वृष्टिमान्। छादयामास शैनेयं जलदो भास्करं यथा ॥७-१३७-६॥
vimuñcañ śaravarṣāṇi parjanya iva vṛṣṭimān। chādayāmāsa śaineyaṃ jalado bhāskaraṃ yathā ॥7-137-6॥

असम्भ्रान्तश्च समरे सात्यकिः कुरुपुङ्गवम्। छादयामास बाणौघैः समन्ताद्भरतर्षभ ॥७-१३७-७॥

रुधिरोक्षितसर्वाङ्गौ कुरुवृष्णियशस्करौ। परस्परमवेक्षेतां दहन्ताविव लोचनैः ॥७-१३७-१०॥
rudhirokṣitasarvāṅgau kuruvṛṣṇiyaśaskarau। parasparamavekṣetāṃ dahantāviva locanaiḥ ॥7-137-10॥

(Their entire bodies smeared with blood, the fame-makers of the Kuru and Vṛṣṇi looked at each other as if burning with eyes.)
The warriors, renowned in the Kuru and Vṛṣṇi lineages, stood with their bodies covered in blood, glaring at each other as if their eyes were on fire.
रथमण्डलमार्गेषु चरन्तावरिमर्दनौ। घोररूपौ हि तावास्तां वृष्टिमन्ताविवाम्बुदौ ॥७-१३७-११॥
rathamaṇḍalamārgeṣu carantāvarimardanau। ghorarūpau hi tāvāstāṃ vṛṣṭimantāvivāmbudau ॥7-137-11॥

(On the paths of the chariot circle, the enemy crushers were moving. Indeed, those two had terrible forms, like rainy clouds.)

शरसम्भिन्नगात्रौ तौ सर्वतः शकलीकृतौ। श्वाविधाविव राजेन्द्र व्यदृष्येतां शरक्षतौ ॥७-१३७-१२॥

सुवर्णपुङ्खैरिषुभिराचितौ तौ व्यरोचताम्। खद्योतैरावृतौ राजन्प्रावृषीव वनस्पती ॥७-१३७-१३॥

नानुरूपमहं मन्ये युद्धमस्य त्वया सह। योऽस्य सृष्टो विनाशाय स एनं श्वो हनिष्यति ॥७-१३७-४६॥
nānurūpam ahaṃ manye yuddham asya tvayā saha। yo'sya sṛṣṭo vināśāya sa enaṃ śvo haniṣyati ॥7-137-46॥
