(O Gāvalgaṇa, tell us what is important and trivial in our own army as much as there is here. You know all about the Pāṇḍavas expertly; what is greater of these or what is lesser of them?)

सम्पृच्छते धृतराष्ट्राय सञ्जय; आचक्ष्व सर्वं यावदेषोऽनुयुङ्क्ते। सर्वं यावद्वेत्थ तस्मिन्यथाव; द्याथातथ्यं वासुदेवेऽर्जुने च ॥५-६५-९॥
