अत्यद्भुतं रणे कर्म कृतवांस्तत्र पाण्डवः। महारथाञ्शरैर्विद्ध्वा वारयित्वा महारथः ॥ विरथं सैन्धवं चक्रे सर्वलोकस्य पश्यतः ॥६-१०९-१७॥

(There, the Pāṇḍava performed a very wonderful deed in battle; having pierced the great charioteers with arrows and having repelled them, the great charioteer made Saindhava without a chariot while all the world was watching.)
In that battle, the Pāṇḍava performed an extraordinary feat; he pierced and repelled the great charioteers with his arrows, rendering Saindhava chariotless as the entire world watched.
नातीव ममृषे शल्यो भीमसेनस्य विक्रमम्। स सन्धाय शरांस्तीक्ष्णान्कर्मारपरिमार्जितान् ॥६-१०९-१८॥
nātīva mamṛṣe śalyo bhīmasenasya vikramam। sa sandhāya śarāṃstīkṣṇānkarmāraparimārjitān ॥6-109-18॥

(Śalya did not excessively tolerate the prowess of Bhīmasena. Having fixed sharp arrows polished by the smith.)
Śalya could not bear the might of Bhīmasena. He prepared sharp arrows that were polished by the smith.
भीमं विव्याध सप्तत्या तिष्ठ तिष्ठेति चाब्रवीत् ॥६-१०९-१८॥
bhīmaṃ vivyādha saptatyā tiṣṭha tiṣṭheti cābravīt ॥6-109-18॥
